Holiday lights
Hung in November, down in January
A holiday job here is a season, not an afternoon. We measure, hang, keep it lit and take it down, and you sign off on each step.
Strands go along the shingle line, the gutters and the gables, and up the trees you pick. If your outdoor outlet is on a busy circuit, an electrician sorts that out before the first strand goes up.

Start to finish
What happens, in order
- 01
Step 1: You pick an install week
Through the form, by phone or by text. Your take-down week is pencilled in with it.
- 02
Step 2: A designer measures
On the roofline or from your photos: the feet of run, the stories, the trees and where we plug in.
- 03
Step 3: You get a written estimate
Listed by run, with what is and isn't included. Nothing is ordered until you agree to it.
- 04
Step 4: The crew installs
Clips, strands and timers go up in a day or two, depending on the house.
- 05
Step 5: We show you the switch
Before the crew leaves, you see how it turns on, where the timer is and who to text.
- 06
Step 6: We service and then take down
A dark section gets a visit. In January the crew comes back, takes every strand down and winds and labels it.
About the holiday season
Can you hang my own lights?
We can. If they won't hold up outdoors we tell you at the visit, before anything is hung.
What if it snows the day of my install?
A roof with snow or ice waits. We move you to the next dry day and tell you by text.
Do the lights stay up past January?
Take-down is booked with the install. If you want them up longer, say so at the estimate and the take-down week moves.
