Permanent trim
One install, every season
A track runs under the eave and holds LED lights all year. Warm white for a quiet October, green and red for December, a team color for the game.
Because it is wired into the house, an electrician does the work, not a decorating crew. The estimate names the circuit, the power supply and what the track is mounted to.

What the visit looks at
Before a track goes up
The eave
What the track mounts to: soffit, fascia, trim boards. We look at how each is made and what is behind it.
The circuit
Where power comes from, what else is on that circuit, and whether the panel has room.
The run
How far it goes, how many corners it turns and where the power supply can sit out of the weather.

Step 6: Programming
We set up the app with you and leave three scenes that you pick.
About permanent trim
Is permanent trim right for an older house?
Often, but the eave and the circuit decide it. The survey says what is there and what would have to change.
Who looks after it if a light fails?
Text a photo. The estimate says what the first service visit covers and for how long.
Want a survey of your eave?
Text a photo of the front of the house and we'll book a visit.
